Hi good afternoon this is Philip and I would like to give you some thoughts that I’ve had about your clinic and your service. I have to say that I’ve been most impressed by your overall professional approach and the benefit that I have received from the injection in my knee and my shoulder. What to me is even better though then the service itself was the way you stood behind your process. I had this treatment done at a different location in Wyoming and the cells got damaged somehow before they got to Florida. You stood behind this process and brought me in and treated me as if I had done everything with them first hand. All businesses can do things when things are good, but when there is a hick up and the company stands behind their process like you all did in Florida it goes beyond the call of duty, as far as I’m concerned.
