Orthopedic Patient

My orthopedist recommended me to get a knee surgery to replace my partially torn ACL. I had my stem cell procedure to treat a torn ACL on my right knee. The procedure overall was relatively painless, just felt a lot of pain between 3-5 minutes after I received the shot on my knee. The post treatment effects went satisfactory, just some fluid expulsion during the first night, after that I took the bandage off and no fluids.
3-4 weeks after the procedure I started spinning class, pain started to come 20-30 minutes after the class began, these were the same symptoms I felt before the procedure. Over the next 2 weeks I felt pain and discomfort when walking down the stairs or taking long walks.
6-8 weeks later I continued with my spinning classes and felt a slight 2-3 minute acute pain and discomfort when walking down 2-3 minutes acute pain on my knee but the rest of the classes were painless. I even took classes over 3 days in a row and felt almost no pain.
Nowadays, I feel like I never had the ACL torn. I can bend my knees and feel that I can do any type of movement of exercise with my legs. My only discomfort is a “cracking” feeling when I bend my knee.
